Katie Janeczek is the CEO and Lead Dietitian at Inspired Nutrition and Health. Katie inspires her clients to regain their health and vitality through diet and lifestyle changes. Katie uses only natural and holistic remedies to improve health, get off medications and lose weight. Katie specializes in sustainable weight loss focusing on an all foods fit approach, portion control, timing of eating and lifestyle support. Outside of work, Katie spends time with her Dog Milo, at the beach, hiking or snowboarding.

Lisa Marmolejo

Lisa Marmolejo is a bilingual Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals build sustainable habits around food, without guilt or restriction. With a background in both clinical nutrition and community health, Lisa specializes in weight management, diabetes care, and chronic condition support. She believes in meeting people where they are, combining science-based guidance with practical, compassionate strategies that fit real life. Outside of her work, Lisa enjoys photography, spending time with her family, and finding joy in the small, meaningful moments of everyday life.
